No training on your data

Every customer runs in an isolated tenant. Your documents, catalogue and pricing never touch another customer's data, and nothing is pooled or shared across accounts.

Encryption in transit and at rest
Traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.3. Stored data is encrypted with AES-256.

Role based access control
Access is scoped to what a role needs, not to a shared login. There is no standing access beyond that.

Full audit log
Every verification and every change is logged: who did it, when, and what changed. Nothing happens off the record.

Export-control check
Documents carrying export-control markings are held back from AI processing until an owner of your organisation reviews them.

SSO and private VPC on Enterprise
Enterprise adds single sign on with SAML and OIDC, and private VPC deployment in the region you choose.

Anthropic as model provider
The AI models behind Customiser come from Anthropic, under commercial terms that do not allow your data to be used for training.
