Customiser vs Kwantflow
Customiser and Kwantflow are close peers: both turn RFQ emails, drawings, specifications and BOMs into a structured, priced draft using the shop's own rates. Two documented differences stand out. Kwantflow describes a local-first, offline-capable desktop workspace with a published list of ERP and accounting integrations, and it states that it reads CAD files, which Customiser does not; Customiser works from 2D drawings and specification documents and builds the BOM from them.

About this page
Customiser makes this page. Customiser is one of the 2 tools discussed here, and we have an obvious interest in how it compares. We built this page anyway because contract manufacturers asked us how we stack up, and a page that only ever compares tools it did not make would tell you less, not more.
Every fact stated about another company's product is drawn from that company's own current public documentation (its website, help centre or product pages) and carries a source link and the date we captured it. We did not sign into, test or reverse engineer any competitor's software to write this. Where a capability is marked "Not confirmed", that means we could not find public documentation of it as of the capture date, not that the tool cannot do it.
If you work at one of the companies named here, or you use one of these tools and think we have something wrong or out of date, tell us at team@customiser.ai and we will correct it.
How Kwantflow reads an RFQ
Kwantflow's own homepage states it turns RFQ emails, drawings, CAD files, BOMs and spreadsheets into reviewed quote drafts.
It does not specifically name scanned or raster image formats, DXF, or points lists and single-line diagrams among its documented inputs, though it may read some of these as part of "drawings" without naming the format explicitly.
Where Kwantflow is the better choice
If keeping drawings, source files and margin data off third-party cloud servers is a hard requirement, or your stack is already on one of the mainstream ERP, accounting or email systems on Kwantflow's published integration list, its local-first, offline-capable workspace and that integration list are a documented, direct fit.
