Pay-as-you-go. Add credits when you need them, with discounted bundles at higher usage. Balance and usage are visible inside your account.

### What will it cost us over time?

Once Customiser has enough history from your normal workload, it forecasts expected usage over the next 30 days, based on your actual usage rather than a generic estimate.

### Do I need a contract for Standard?

No. Standard is pay-on-usage, with no lock in contract, no minimum spend and no per seat licence.

### What does Enterprise include?

Everything in Standard, plus private VPC deployment, discounted rates, a dedicated success manager and SSO with SAML and OIDC. Pricing is custom.

### Is our data used to train AI models?

No, on either plan. Every account is isolated, data is never shared between customers, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is scoped by role, and activity is recorded in audit logs.
